Future Path Development Group Inc. or its EStore division (Online Store), Business Rapids, will process refunds in the following situations;

(1)    The software has been ordered and shipped or ordered and downloaded but the software has not yet been installed with a commercial key to unlock it beyond the trial period. Future Path Nucleus and Catalyst are available on trial and generally speaking for all of Future Path’s software there are no refunds beyond the trial period.

(2)    Future Path’s Revalyst software has significant knowledge contained within it’s product offering and in many cases the content is more substantial than a book. As it would be inappropriate to read a book and return it, so this is true for any versions of Revalyst™, that contain a professional or expert library, sometimes referred to as an Analyst for™ library. Therefore, only the “Revalyst Basic Edition” software product can be refunded after installation and only if, the software was installed on a system meeting Future Path’s requirements. Future Path must be given adequate opportunity to assist the client in getting the software to function and that the customer offers proof that the software is in fact not functioning (by way of a screen shot or by providing Future Path with remote access or a web representation)

a.       In any event, refunds cannot be claimed after 10 days of purchase in the case of digital downloads and 10 days after receipt of a shipped product.

b.       In the case of any shipped product, which may be received in a damaged state, Future Path will gladly provide new product to the client at no cost.

(3)    Future Path recognizes that a knowledge based product requires a commitment by the customer to benefit from its capability and the imbedded knowledge. Future Path will provide a 30 day credit against any other regularly priced Future Path manufactured or developed product.
